Information is much easier to gain access to nowadays because of the continual advances in technology that are going on day after day. The expansion and swiftness of the Internet is a central example of how technology has revolutionized over time. The Internet is proving to be the most suitable and resourceful place to find information and expand your business.

So why do so many people still fall short to achieve results?

Anthony Robbins is one individual who provides a ton of valuable knowledge (hence the reason he is very successful). He says that the reason why so many people fail is because of the excuses they create. He calls them limited resources. These limited resources (excuses) owned by the majority of people consist of:
    Not enough money
    Not enough time
    Lack of personnel
    Not the right technology
Not knowing how to plan or inadequate planning
    Lack of quality leadership

The mass majority of business owners blame their failures on a lack of resources. But let’s look at some of the most successful entrepreneurs and leaders:
Bill Gates: Bought MS-DOS for $50k and sold it to IBM for over $50m
Richard Branson: Billionaire entrepreneur. Started a student magazine and selling music he liked in his garage – creator of Virgin)
    Steve Jobs: Co-founder of Apple
Oprah Winfrey: Unfavourable circumstances during early childhood – Now a role model and inspiration to countless people especially African Americans simultaneously hosting her own talk show)
Lance Armstrong: Won the Tour de France 7 years in a row after beating testicular cancer
Mark Zuckerberg: Co-founder of Facebook. Originally designed as a network so only college students could interact, share photos and videos. Now it is a worldwide phenomenon

They used their characteristics, positive attitudes, past experiences, took action and have now created much more resources. There is an abundance in available resources waiting for us all to make use of. Successful entrepreneurs and leaders do not believe in limited resources.

It is no one else’s fault if you are letting your emotions, your mindset, and your stance prevent you from taking action. It’s your responsibility to be successful. Your life has an incredible calling. It’s time for you to wake up and capture the opportunity. Rather than worrying or complaining about information overload, how about think about how lucky you are to have all this information and knowledge right in front of you? The majority of people in the planet have no chance of achieving what you can because they have no Internet access!

Being an entrepreneur is the VEHICLE for which you create financial freedom and to “drive” anywhere you please to do anything you want. You either face the challenges or run away back to the drone known as the rat race.

You are the leader you’ve been looking for.

The internet has made it easier for anyone with the characteristics of an entrepreneur to fire their bosses, work less, have more time, and make money online. If that sounds like something that interests you, here’s how to get into a home based internet business that’s right for you.

    First, You Must Believe

Few people become a success by accident. You can’t assume the role of an entrepreneur unless you think like an entrepreneur. And one thing a successful entrepreneur never thinks about is failure.

Jeff Bezos of Amazon.com has a net worth of over 4.85 billion dollars. Pierre Omidyar, the founder of eBay, has over 7 billion dollars in the bank. And while you may not end up earning what these online business entrepreneurs earn, there is absolutely no reason why you can’t take one of the top online business ideas and turn it into a very healthy income.

Here are 5 basic steps to launching a business opportunity that will make money on the internet online:

1.Find something in demand and sell it. Even in the worst of times people still spend money. The only difference is, they are more choosey about what they spend it on. If you can offer a product that people need, no matter what the economy is like, you’re on to a winning formula.

2.Make sure you team up with a business that is not MLM. You need to focus your energies on keeping yourself motivated and productive. It just wastes your time when you have to babysit downline members who aren’t as motivated as you are.

3.Look for a unique online business opportunity that isn’t over-represented. It takes a lot of time, energy and money to compete against established competitors who already own a huge share of the online home business internet market. Find a good niche and serve it well.

4.Work less; work smart. Find an online internet home based business that offers you the ability to automatically prospect for customers and that gives you the tools to make sales online without having to interact with your customers directly.

5.Finally, make sure you choose real business opportunities online that do not exploit the opportunity seeker. There are plenty of scams out there. Do your due diligence and choose a company you can trust.

    Ready to change your life?

There’s money to be made owning a home based internet business. Choose yours and get started!

Many people every year attempt to achieve success with an online business. They grab a domain name, throw a hastily made website online, and then become frustrated when they don’t achieve success quickly enough. They blame it on falling for a scam, or that online businesses don’t really work. The truth is, most times it is because the person never worked on growing as an entrepreneur; they never worked on developing an entrepreneur mindset.

When you are working for someone else it is easy to think of your workday falling into a certain set of work hours. You go in, put in your time, and when the workday is done you put your job behind you until the next day. When you have an entrepreneur mindset you are constantly working on your business. Even when you are relaxing at the end of the day a part of your mind is a work on building your business.

One way you can capitalize on that kind of attitude is to develop the habit of goal setting. When you have specific goals and objectives that are clearly defined your subconscious mind can go to work making those goals a reality. When you approach your business without goals your subconscious mind is unfocused. It jumps from one problem to the next with no end result that it is working toward.

Another important part of that mindset is to understand that in order to succeed you must be willing to put in the time and do whatever it takes to be successful. While it would be nice if the claims of earning a 6-figure income while working part-time were true, the reality is much different. It is possible to build a good income, and eventually reduce the number of hours that you work, most successful entrepreneurs put in some long hours when they are first getting their business up and running.

You should also be willing to spend time each and every day growing as an entrepreneur. This means going beyond merely learning the daily tasks you need to accomplish. It means working on building your knowledge so that you understand not just what needs to be done, but also why you need to do every task that you do. The more you understand how everything works the better able you will be to innovate and move your business to a higher level. In an environment that is constantly changing, it is the people who understand the business that are able to quickly adapt to those changes.

Having an entrepreneur mindset helps give you the drive and the focus to not only succeed, but to build a business that remains successful into the future. Without that mindset you might achieve short-term success, but is your attitude and willingness to do whatever it takes that will ensure your success going forward. Growing As An Entrepreneur

One of my favourite assignments as a copywriter is to help entrepreneurs create the text to promote their new business, product or service. In my five years as a professional copywriter, I’ve helped clients as diverse as electricians, sales trainers, marketing companies, gourmet food shops, property developers, digital agencies, IT consultants and driving instructors to express what they offer in writing – usually at the early stage of building or planning the enterprise. The power of copywriting in that situation simply cannot be overestimated. There really is something almost magical about putting words on the page. It makes ideas real, generates commitment and focuses energy. Just by committing thoughts to paper, we can shape our futures. It’s easy to see how this benefits the entrepreneur as they plan or develop a business. Although most entrepreneurs generally feel positive and confident about their ideas, they sometimes find it hard to do them full justice on the page. Working from a different perspective – the outsider’s perspective – the copywriter can make sure that their client’s marketing pitches the offering to the right audience, with the right tone and the right emphasis.Sometimes, the appropriate ‘level’ for the message may be far ‘above’ the one expected or imagined by the entrepreneur. Sometimes, when they see what I’ve written, my clients respond ‘I could never have written that,’ or ‘I don’t recognise myself’. This type of feedback confirms that the entrepreneur may simply be too close to his or her product or business (whether emotionally or intellectually) to communicate its selling points effectively. If the business is a one-person startup enterprise, it’s easy to see why. Talking an idea through with a good copywriter (one who asks the client lots of questions) is a great way to road-test a new idea. ‘If we translated this concept into marketing messages,’ the entrepreneur is asking, ‘Would it fly? Would the proposition be consistent, compelling and capable of converting interest into sales?’ Here, the discipline of copywriting can act as a useful reality check. The dark side of confidence is over-confidence, and entrepreneurs are prone to many delusions and self-deceptions. But the copywriter cannot spin straw into gold; to make convincing copy, they can’t work with unclear, inconsistent or self-contradictory ideas. As part of the briefing process, the copywriter can help the entrepreneur to iron out all these tangles in their thinking – provided the copywriter is prepared to put some tough questions to the person who pays their bill.

There are three business arrangements in Singapore that have been specifically created for foreign entrepreneurs and business entities planning to have a presence in the country: a subsidiary company, branch office, and representative office.

These are the basic differences between these business entities for foreign entrepreneurs and investors:

    1. Subsidiary company

This is probably the most ideal business entity for foreign companies planning to form a Singapore company or expand their presence in the country. This is because this formation provides countless of benefits especially when it comes to tax incentives and limited liability.

As a separate legal entity from its parent company, a subsidiary company may have a different name and is allowed to conduct any business activities in the country as long as these are legal.

A foreign company with a subsidiary company enjoys a limited liability, an arrangement in which it is not liable for any losses, liabilities, and debts of its Singapore auxiliary business.

And because a subsidiary company is incorporated in Singapore, it also enjoys local tax benefits even if it is 100 percent owned by foreign businessmen and entities.

However, this business setup is required to appoint at least one resident director who may be a Singaporean citizen or holder of EntrePass, Employment Pass, or Permanent Residence Status.
Meawhile, a subsidiary company may have one to 50 shareholders who may be a foreign or local individual or another business entity. To know more abour subsiday company follow this link:

    2. Branch office

A branch office, being an extension of its business headquarter, is only allowed to conduct activities performed by its parent company.

Unlike a subsidiary company, a branch office is not provided with local tax benefits since it is treated as a legal extension of its parent company. And with this arrangement, the headquarter is directly liable for all the losses, debts, and liabilities of its Singapore branch office.

Meanwhile, it is a legal requirement for a branch office to hire two Singaporean resident agents who will oversee its business operation.

When it comes to government-imposed disclosure requirements, this business entity may not be appealing for some shareholders since they are also required to submit the audited accounts of their parent company. To know more about branch office, follow this link:

    3. Representative office

Legally speaking, a representative office is not really a business entity as it is not allowed to engage in any revenue-generating activities.

A representative office is generally ideal for foreign companies who are not yet sure of the business viability of their services or goods in Singapore and want to conduct an extensive market research before engaging in a full-blown operation. Did you know there is a whole list of resources specifically created for women who want to start their own business? This means there is available help for anyone wanting to open a bakery, clothing store, or even a veterinarian office. Resources can be things such as mentors, women’s business organizations, loans, and grants. These have all been created to help a woman entrepreneur become successful in a sometimes difficult business world.

This means you need to have all of your business plans nailed down, especially before looking for financial help. The loan officer at the bank will want to know how money will be made, materials purchased, and how advertising will take place. They want you to succeed, but at the same time, they won’t loan money to just anyone – male or female.

At the beginning, if you are struggling to get your business off the ground, look for a business mentor who can go over your notes. They can tweak parts and provide suggestions, especially since they have already been in your place. Another suggestion is to apply for loans and grants especially designed to help a woman entrepreneur succeed in the business world.

There are several places where you can apply for loans and grants. One is the Small Business Association, as they often provide help to any business that has considerable potential. This means going through their list of funding opportunities and applying for the appropriate loans. There are also federal grants, specifically created to help a minority-owned company, which includes women. There are also women grants available.

Other options available for a woman entrepreneur is funding through private sector grants and loans or women’s business organizations. Make sure to research which opportunities fit your need the most. Then start making your dreams come true.

A person with his own business enjoys more financial independence and greater control on his financial status. But to succeed in any venture, it is important for anyone to visualize first his goals, business structure to follow, and other related details before proceeding to his business. Three Basic Types of Business Entities

The first thing an entrepreneur should decide is what type of business entity he wants to adopt before he starts the application for Singapore business registration.

Is it sole proprietorship in which he would be the only owner and will enjoy full control? Is it partnership in which he can have up to 20 business partners which means more funding? Or is it private limited company (or corporation) in which his business will enjoy perpetual existence while his personal assets are protected from the debts and losses of his company?

Every business entity has its own pros and cons which must be greatly considered. However, most experts agree that a private limited company is the most ideal for entrepreneurs with a long-term goal for their business as this setup will allow them to enjoy protection of asset, attractive corporate incentives, and other benefits.

    The Products and Services

Bonafide entrepreneurs have always associated their products and services to their target-market so they can estimate the amount of capital they will need, equipment and materials to be purchased, and the level of quality they should offer.

Meanwhile, these questions can guide budding entrepreneurs on deciding on what products or services they should offer: What are my niche skills and interests that can generate profit? What is the estimated profit of my product? Can it be easily sold? It is easy to produce? Does it have an existing target-market?

    Competitive and Market Analysis

One of the most important things any entrepreneurs should do is examine the business environment which includes the existing competition, different types of consumers, media, social norms, and other factors which can have a direct and indirect impact on their business.

When conducting competitive analysis, most experts agree that these four factors should be the main focus of entrepreneurs: who are the direct and indirect competitors, the specific market of competitors, the number of years they have been operating, and how do they attract their target-market.

    Operations of a Business

Operations usually include the location, how many employees a certain business will need, the equipment, machinery, suppliers, materials, ways to track inventory and sales, and other related-issues.

The world is awash with entreprenuers and we have noticed that 9 to 5 kind of jobs is not the route to financial freedom. You can do a 9 to 5 kind of job, retire honouably but i promise you your financial base is nothing compared to the that of an entrepreneur who ventured to start something something for themselves.

Entrepreneurship is a systematic approach used to identify, bring to life and nourish to fruition of an ideal or oppournity. Entrepreneurs perceive potentials and build on them by directing his or her resources to achieve pre-determined goals. The human resource is of importance because it is in born in all. It manifest as talents and deep seated aspirations. The material resource is secondary.

The featuers of Entrepreneurs are numerous but lefts nose dive into it. Entrepreneurs have a high level of business consciousness. They can discern between assets and liabilities. They can see business potentials when they get close to one. Their eyes and mind can see potentials even when clothed in failures. In addition, they are ready ti indulge in moderate calculated risks because they do a through base line study of their potential business ideal. These base line studies give them a clear picture if the target market, the dos and don’ts the requirements and the legal impediments. They make sound business judgement before they dive into any business venture.

Entrepreneurs are dynamic and hard working. They do not dive into business because it is in vogue or it has made their next door friend millionaires. They nourish their idea with creative innovations thus making it unique. They have superb abilities in allocating time, resources and task.

Remember, Entrepreneurs do not dive into business ventures. Like I said above, the world is awash with entrepreneurs. Subsequently, study yourself before you throw in yor material into any venture if not you would close shop few months after.

In conclusion, engage professional to do the base line studies and visit a solicitor and you would know the legal angel of your proposed business venture.
